What You’ll Do
Partner directly with Syndi to create beautiful marketing for listings, the brand, and our digital presence.
Design brochures, social media content, email campaigns, and property-specific branding.
Follow our Standard Operating Procedures for marketing and measure what is working and how to improve.
Assist with staging and styling a home - provide concierge level services to our clients.
Support with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations like transaction management
Help coordinate photography, videography, events, open houses, and launches
Keep projects organized and moving while bringing a creative eye to everything you touch
Represent the brand with a calm, friendly, service-oriented presence
Learn the ins and outs of luxury real estate marketing, branding, strategy, and client experience

You must be fairly local (within 40 miles of Manchester by the Sea) and have flexibility to work various hours
You must have a "can do" attitude.
A real estate license is a bonus (or willingness to get one), but not required from day one.

#2: Licensed Assistant /Ops Manager

We’re looking for a licensed real estate assistant to work directly with Syndi Zaiger, founder of Nest. This role is for someone who is organized, proactive, client-savvy, and excited to be part of a boutique luxury business where no two days look the same.
This is a hands-on position supporting high-end listings, buyers, marketing, and day-to-day operations—perfect for someone who is licensed, capable, and wants exposure to how a top luxury agent runs her business.
What You’ll Do
Transaction & Client Support
Coordinate listings from start to finish (MLS entry, disclosures, timelines, file management)
Support buyer transactions: showings, offer prep, inspections, P&S coordination
Communicate with clients, attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and co-brokers
Keep all files compliant and organized within Compass systems
Listing & Marketing Support
Assist with listing launches: photography, staging, floor plans, copy, scheduling
Help prepare marketing materials, email campaigns, and social media content
Coordinate signage, lockboxes, open houses, and property prep
Maintain listing calendars and deadlines
Showings & Open Houses
Attend and assist with showings and open houses as needed
Provide client-level service that reflects a luxury brand experience
Operations & Organization
Manage Syndi’s real estate calendar, priorities, and follow-ups
Keep CRM, databases, and notes clean and up to date
Handle day-to-day admin so the business runs smoothly and efficiently
Who You Are
Active Massachusetts real estate license required
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Smart, Savvy, Down-to-earth
Comfortable working independently and making decisions
Strong communicator—polished but warm
Tech-savvy (MLS, Compass tools, CRM, Google Workspace)
Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple deals at once
Appreciates beautiful homes, good design, and high standards
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience in luxury real estate
Marketing or social media skills
Showing experience with buyers
