Manchester-by-the-Sea
Red, White & Blue Breakfast - 7:30am-11:30am - This breakfast is a true-blue slice of Americana and draws crowds of all ages, townies and newcomers alike.
Concert in the Park - Taking place at Masconomo Park, join friends and family and enjoy Richie Rich and the 24K Fund Band "Manchester’s Fourth of July Celebration is small town America at its very best!"
Parade - Come see antique cars, fire trucks, marching bands, local floats and more travel the traditional route at 10AM.
Salem
5:00 PM - celebrating the Jazz and Soul Festival that will be returning this summer. This year, little ones will be able to pick-up individually bagged crafts to take back to their seats.
7:15 PM - Opening Ceremonies begin when Mayor Pangallo and other local dignitaries will lead a parade down the wharf accompanied by the Salem Veterans Color Guard.
9:15 PM - Salem ends its Independence Day celebration with a fireworks extravaganza, accompanied live by the Hillyer Festival Orchestra playing the 1812 Overture and other patriotic tunes throughout the entire fireworks display.
Beverly Farms
July 2, 5-8pm - Family Picnic at Dix Park
Celebrate the July 4th weekend at the second annual Family Picnic in the Park. With kids games, t-shirt decorating, food trucks, and a beer tent. This free event has a playground for all the kids as well.
July 3rd, 9 PM - Aerial Fireworks Display at West Beach
July 4th, 8am - Parade
The majority of the Parade is comprised of floats that often poke fun at current events, local issues, and national politics.
Rockport
July 4th, 6:00 PM - Rockport holds a Firemen's Parade downtown, chock full of vintage and antique fire trucks
July 4th, 8:00 PM - After the parade ends, a concert takes place on Back Beach by the Rockport Legion Band!
July 4th, 9:00 PM -The Rockport Firemen's Association work to construct a tower made mostly of shipping pallets on Back Beach. Each year, an outhouse, shed, or shack is donated by someone in the community, decorated, then lifted to the top of the bonfire pile.
Beverly
The Ryal Side Civic Association in Beverly Massachusetts is having its 88th annual old fashion Ryal Side neighborhood Fourth of July parade. which is followed by food, field games, pony rides, and festivities at Obear Park.
July 4-
9:30am - Judging of the floats and bikes, begins at the corner of Bridge St/Western Ave.
10am - Parade
11AM-1PM - Pony rides, treasure hunt, face painting, petting zoo, field games, 50/50 raffle, Ryal Side t-shirt sales, and refreshments.
