North Shore | Real Estate Market Update | 2022 Year Review

The market data for the 2022 market report showed significantly less sales that 2021, but similar days to offer and sales to list price ratio, but with a higher sales price. but far less overall sales. On Average, for the year, across our North Shore areas, sales prices were up 4% year over year. 

What we continue to see is that homes that are priced right and are totally sale ready: staged, organized, great photos, priced intelligently, along with a robust & strategic marketing plan are still selling quickly and over asking price. Now, more than ever, you need to have a savvy local agent that will go above and beyond to get your home sold. There are still motivated buyers out there and very little inventory, so it's our job to be the matchmakers and present your home in its best light.
