A lifelong resident of Cape Ann, Kim Lorden is a self-starter who has a successful history as a business owner and entrepreneur. Kim uses her skills, strong work ethic, and comfortable style to deliver an exceptional experience for her clients. Over her career, she has sold dozens of homes in Rockport, Gloucester and all of the North Shore; from small Capes and condominiums to waterfront homes.
Business Philosophy
Selling real estate on Cape Ann satisfies both my passion for our beautiful area and for helping people reach their goals. As real estate is often a very personal and emotional process, I like to begin my relationship with each client as an empathetic listener. I encourage them to “Follow their Dream” and I use my skills, market knowledge, and persistence to help them realize that dream vision of their new home. If you are considering a move, contact me today and allow me to help turn your real estate vision into a reality.
